More than a job.
Work that genuinely matters.

At Mediline, we look after our own people the same way we look after the people we support. If you are looking for meaningful work with an organisation that takes both care and culture seriously, we would love to hear from you.

Why People Stay at Mediline

Good care depends on good people who stay. That is not just something we say – it shapes every decision we make as an employer. We recruit locally, invest in our teams and build careers, not just shift patterns.

Our support workers get to know the people they work with over time, and that consistency matters enormously, both to the people we support and to the people doing the supporting. Working at Mediline means being trusted to do your job well, valued as part of a team and supported by leadership that is visible and honest.

Consistent Teams

We design our model around staff staying. You will build real relationships with the people you support, and with the colleagues around you.

Real Homes, Real Work

We treat our people the way we want our people to treat others. That means clear expectations, open communication and a genuine commitment to fairness.

Fair and Respectful Culture

We treat our people the way we want our people to treat others. That means clear expectations, open communication and a genuine commitment to fairness.

What We Look For

We recruit people from a wide range of backgrounds. You do not need a specific qualification to get started, but you do need the right values.

We are looking for people who are patient, reliable and genuinely committed to supporting others. People who communicate well, take responsibility and understand that consistency matters. People who want to build a career, not just fill a role. If that sounds like you, we would like to hear from you.

Learn more about how we support

Invest in yourself. We will invest in you.

At Mediline, training is not a box to tick. It is how we make sure our teams feel confident, competent and supported to do their best work every day.

All new staff complete a structured induction programme that gives you the skills and knowledge to start your role with confidence. From there, we offer ongoing training, mentoring and a clear pathway for progression – including nationally recognised qualifications in Health and Social Care.

A thorough onboarding programme covering everything you need to start your role with confidence and clarity.

We develop a personal support plan together with you, setting out how, when and where support will be delivered, shaped entirely around your goals.

We sponsor a range of nationally accredited diplomas and support staff to gain further qualifications as they progress.

We actively encourage internal progression. When senior roles become available, we want our own people to be ready for them.

We take care of our people

Our benefits are built around what actually matters to people. Here’s what you can expect when you join the team.

Testimonials

It’s an incredibly rewarding job. Even on the quiet days, you know you’ve helped someone live their life in a way they couldn’t without that support, and that stays with you.

What I always come back to is trust. The people I support are letting you into their daily lives, their mornings, their routines, their difficult moments. When someone is open with you like that, you become something like a friend away from family. That’s not something you take lightly, and it’s not something you forget either.
