Referral Overview
Most referrals come through local authority brokerage teams, social workers and commissioners.
We also welcome referrals directly from case managers and families managing direct payments.
Our team reviews every referral promptly. If we need further information, we will come back to you quickly – we do not leave referrals sitting without a response. Where a placement looks like a good fit, we move to assessment without unnecessary delay.
