Policies & Documents
Staff can access a wide range of policies and supporting resources through the staff portal or the training platform. These are designed to provide guidance, promote best practice, and support day-to-day working.
If you are unable to access the portal, or need further support, policies and resources can also be obtained via HR or your line manager. In addition, staff can speak with a Wellbeing Champion for guidance and support, subject to availability.
We aim to ensure all staff have easy access to the information and support they need to work safely, confidently, and in line with our organisational values.
Our Digital Tools to Support You
One Touch App
Staff can access the One Touch app to support their day-to-day work, including:
- Logging in and out of shifts
- Recording care notes and updates in real time
- Accessing care plans and risk assessments
- Reporting incidents and completing tasks
- Improving communication across the team
This helps ensure safe, accurate and consistent support for the people we care for.
E-Learning Platform
We also provide access to our e-learning app, giving you a wide range of courses and resources to support your development.
You can use this to:
- Complete mandatory training
- Build your skills and knowledge
- Access additional learning for personal development
This can also be really helpful if you have caring responsibilities outside of work, as you can access training and information to support you in your own personal circumstances.
