Extra Care:
Your own home. With the right support close by.
Extra care gives people the freedom to live in their own self-contained home, with the reassurance that personalised support is available when they need it. You are surrounded by familiar faces and people who know you, not a rotating team of strangers.
People making a difference

Help at home, on your terms
Whether you need a couple of hours a week or support throughout the day, homecare means staying in the place that feels most like you – with a consistent, familiar team who truly get to know you and fit around your life.
You keep your routines, your independence and your surroundings. We work around what matters most to you, whether that is short term help while you recover from an illness or hospital stay, or ongoing support that grows and changes alongside you.
Your Own Home
A self-contained, private space that is genuinely yours, with your own front door, your own routines and your own life.
On-Site Support When You Need It
A consistent team available on-site means you never have to wait long for help, and you always see familiar faces.
Flexible Care That Adapts
Your needs may change over time. Our support flexes with you, without disrupting your home or the people around you.
Community and Connection
Extra care schemes offer the reassurance of having others nearby, with shared spaces and opportunities to stay socially connected if you want them.
Who We Work With
Our homecare service is open to anyone who needs a little extra help at home. We work with people across a range of needs and circumstances, whether support is needed short term or on an ongoing basis.
- People with learning disabilities
- People with autism
- People with complex needs
- People with mental health needs
- Older people and those with long term health conditions
- People recovering from illness or a hospital stay
How it Works
A simple, straightforward process designed to make sure the right support is in place from the very start.
01 – Getting to Know You
We take time to understand what you need, what matters most to you and how support can best fit around your existing routines and daily life.
02 – Building Your Plan
We develop a personal care plan together with you, setting out how, when and where support will be delivered, shaped entirely around your needs and goals.
03 - Starting Support
Support begins at a pace that feels comfortable. Our team will be consistent and familiar from day one, so you always know who to expect and when.
04 - Reviewing and Adapting
We check in regularly to make sure support is still working well. As your needs change, we adapt the plan to make sure it always feels right.
